The digitization effort also has an impact on productivity. By automating processes, employees can work more efficiently and quickly. This reduces unnecessary work time and minimizes the risk of errors. Another effect of digitalization is the improved quality of services and products offered to customers. Customers are served faster and more efficiently, their requirements and needs are better analyzed, and specific proposals are made. This has a positive impact on increasing customer satisfaction and building loyalty. According to a survey conducted among SMEs in Azerbaijan, 54.9% of entrepreneurs noted a 1-50% increase in productivity and efficiency as a result of digitalization efforts, while 27.6% of participants said this increase was 51-100%. 15.3% said they saw no growth. With the right digital tools and mindset, SMBs can create new growth opportunities and take their place in the digital age.
